We seek motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Field Sales Representatives. As representatives of our brand, you will be the primary contact for residents, delivering outstanding service and selling our products to attract new customers to Virgin Media O2. While prior sales experience is not required, we seek individuals who can excel in a goal-oriented environment.

In all weather conditions, you will engage with potential customers at their homes, connecting them with our innovative products and services. We provide comprehensive training when you start, ensuring you can have effective conversations with customers from the beginning and setting you up for success.

We offer flexible working hours, with part-time opportunities ranging from 16 to 30 hours per week and full-time positions at 37.5 hours per week. Fieldwork hours are from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Training

Your first three weeks will involve training at your designated office from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. This period includes self-directed learning and an in-office induction with your manager to guide your detailed learning journey. (Note: Part-time employees must commit to these hours for the initial three weeks before transitioning to their agreed-upon schedule.)
