Aon is searching for a Consultant in Wellbeing Services. You will be part of an industry-leading team that helps clients achieve outstanding results by providing innovative and effective solutions within our Wellbeing Services team, a segment of Aon’s Health Solutions business group.
This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work virtually and from our Toronto office.

Daily Responsibilities
- Lead wellbeing consulting projects as the subject matter expert, including data analysis, strategy design, vendor marketing and program implementation, supported by Wellbeing Services specialists.
- Use your extensive knowledge of well-being, benefits, and healthcare to predict market trends and internal and client needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external resources to pinpoint critical product/tool/offer development needs in wellbeing and health improvement.
- Forge strong working relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, client teams, vendors and carriers.
- Communicate Aon’s well-being and health improvement strategies, solutions and perspectives internally and externally.
- Utilize your understanding of the National Standard for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace to advise clients on best practices for emotional well-being, mental health, and safety.
- Engage in strategic discussions with clients.
- Created and delivered high-impact reports and presentations on various well-being outcomes.
- Support client teams with benchmarking and industry research.
- Stay informed about health and wellbeing offerings, products, trends and the vendor landscape, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of how these relate to adding value for clients.
Unique Aspects of This Opportunity
As a consultant on our Wellbeing Services team, you will consult on various complex wellbeing, health management, and broader health and benefit projects. You will act as the lead consultant and/or subject matter expert on client engagements, playing a crucial role in identifying risks, strategies and opportunities to enhance employee population health and wellbeing.
Skills and Experience for Success
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering health, well-being and/or benefits consulting to clients.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to effectively coordinate project and advisory services delivery.
- Understanding the “big picture” and leveraging resources from related practices to address clients’ business challenges.
- A self-starter with curiosity and an interest in continual learning and challenging themselves to think creatively and step outside their comfort zone.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly motivated, accountable, and a customer service and team-oriented individual.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Certification as a Psychological Safety/Workplace and/or Mental Health Specialist is advantageous but not required.

- A post-secondary diploma in Health and Wellness studies and/or a related degree is required.
